Sunrise has more older housing stock than the cities further west, and that changes what fails. Sunrise Golf Village and the streets around it were built when a single car garage was normal and extension springs were standard, so headroom is tight and the hardware is a generation behind what most companies carry on the truck. Welleby and Springtree brought the seventies and eighties two car doors that are now on their second or third set of springs.
